Emraan Hashmi sustains neck injury at Goodachari 2 shoot in Hyderabad

Actor Emraan Hashmi sustained a neck injury while shooting for an intense action scene in Hyderabad from his upcoming film Goodachari 2. The actor reportedly injured himself during a jump sequence, leaving a deep cut. A photo of the injury, where he is bleeding, has gone viral on social media, raising concerns among fans.
Emraan Hashmi was filming in Hyderabad, but despite the incident, there are no reports of significant production delays. The actor has not yet shared any official statement regarding the injury. Speaking of ‘Goodachari 2’, the film features Adivi Sesh in the lead role.

In February 2024, Emraan excited fans by revealing the poster with the caption, “The biggest spy franchise just got a blockbuster upgrade. Mission #G2 underway. Shoot in progress (sic).”
Goodachari 2 is the highly anticipated sequel to Adivi Sesh’s blockbuster Telugu film Goodachari, which also featured Shobhita Dhulipala and Jagapathi Babu in key roles.
Emraan was last seen in the Disney + Hotstar series Showtime. Created by Sumit Roy, the show also featured Mouni Roy, Vijay Raaz, Shriya Saran, Rajeev Khandelwal and Naseeruddin Shah.
